My complaint:
i used veet facial hair remover strips on saturday , I had used before and had a few strips left which I applied as instructed, after applying removed immediately, immediately I felt a lot of soreness and after a short time my face was burning and all around my chin and lower side of my face has been burning and even after taking pain killers all day have still severe burning and redness which should never have occurred.
i am still in severe discomfort and pain after 2 days, i have applied
calamine lotion and am today Monday going to urgent care clinic .

Suggested solution:
i feel this should never have happened and that the application should not have this severe reaction I am going to seek to advise as have been unable to go out all weekend and today should have been in the office but cannot as have to face clients and customers . I am concerned that this will not heal fully. as after 2 days is not dissipating.
