VEET complaint: Caused burns and severe swelling pimples and pain

My complaint:

Hi , i used veer hair removal cream on my arms . After 5 minutes my skin started burning and itchy. This is so disgusting. It was not even expired.

Suggested solution:

Refund .. apologies and get into details how can this happen
