My complaint:
My phone was stolen and I had my wallet stolen as well there is police reports on the stolen cards a lady was arrested and yet varo will not give me a provisional credit even though me and my husband are stranded broke down as he is transferring from 48palms to Paris island as a usmc we have been broke down 5 days waiting on the transfer money that was on my varo card and there is no one to talk to about it I hate varo
Suggested solution:
Just do what is required by law give the provisional credit and fight the companies I have spoke with most of the companies and they are waiting on varo to contact them to reverse charges I'm hiring a lawyer I think
