My complaint:
The dress supplied was the wrong size and so did not fit. Was told that return was not possible, contradicting the information on the website. On further correspondence was given a return address in China though the order was placed with the company in the UK.
The postage cost to China is £25 which is outrageous.
Suggested solution:
Please supply a UK return address so that my money can be refunded.
