My complaint:
USDA has been reporting me late to the credit bureaus! USDA says that they are short staffed and that is why they take 2 or 3 months to process my payments that The DEO pays monthly! They have ruined my credit score! They should be held accountable for posting our payments 60 to 90 days later! I should not be penalized for them being short staffed!! Not my problem they need to hire more staff or fix their so called automated system that automatically reports our payments late to the credit bureaus! I am Seeking a ATTORNEY as we speak!! They have ruined my credit!!!
Suggested solution:
Fix my payment history and post my payments from the DEO! They are behind on posting several payments right now!!! I am looking to get an ATTORNEY RIGHT NOW!!!!!!
I am currently having this same issues!!! I haven’t been able to make a payment since October!! Keep getting the same response with system down and short staffed. I have over $4,000 that has not been posted to my account!!!
