My complaint:
i paid off a recapture loan check was already cashed i am in the middle trying to close on my house title company that i am working with just needs a paper stating that it has been paid and discharged
Suggested solution:
if i can get just a paper stating that the 6709.30 has been paid off along with it saying it has been discharged that would really help me. the recapture loan has been paid in full.
