Me and my wife have a property claim for water damage on February 19, 2026 and my adjuster name Sam, has not made any attempts to contact us. Today is February 25, 2026 and all we want to do move forward with the next step. The only repair to the water damage is we paid a plumbing company to stop the leak. We have sent multiple messages and uploaded photos of the damage that were sent forward to the adjuster and still no reply.
Suggested solution:
