My complaint:

I ordered flowers for my sister. Two complaints.

1. I placed the order. Urban Stems never sent a ation and but an email to tell me to complete my order. I completed my order the next day. They charged me twice. Two sets of flowers were delivered. They will not credit the charge for the one order. Why would I send the exact same flowers twice in one day to the same person? I would not and this was not my mistake.

2. The flowers are not fresh, mediocre in flowers, and dying on the second day. My sister sent me this picture the next day after delivery. They are embarassing and not worth the $90 each that I paid, or any money for that matter. I would not purchase them if I saw them in the store in this condition. These are the flowers that florists discard. They are not representaive of the website photos for fullness and certainly not freshness.

Suggested solution:

Credit me for both sets of flowers.
