My complaint:
The item BDG Black Embroidered Flight Jacket in my order TP35666518 has not been sent to me, in fact, in the order detials, the status of this item is still Available for Pickup Soon. I placed this order on 11th December last year, and since then I have made over seven requests to refund this item. However, NOTHING happened. No ation email, no refund. I’ve waited for almost TWO MONTHS. It’s really disappointing – I wasted so much time asking for a refund for an item that has never been posted to me, and yet I still haven’t got my refund. Therefore I want to make a complaint about this to request my refund.
