My complaint:

Called Upgrade customer Service twice this morning. First call sounded like I I woke the man. He was clearing his throat constantly. Did not get a satisfactory answer from him. The second call was answered by a female. There were children screaming so loud I could hardly hear the woman. No satisfactory outcome from this call. This is not good customer service. Better training is needed for the customer service employees!!!

Suggested solution:

Better customer service training!!!
