My complaint:
Never Again!! – I visited Universal Parks on January 15 and 16. The number of rides closed for renovation and updates created a greater frustration. Not only were these unavailable, the rides that remained open were not enough to provide rides or attractions for the crowds. Added to the frustration is twice after waiting 75 minutes plus, rides were closed. When asking for a fast pass to re enter the ride once it resumed operation, the personnel answered with my request in two words “It’s Unfortunate “. What’s unfortunate and inexcusable is the value for the price paid for tickets, parking, $16 hamburgers, …. It’s unfortunate that a company will take your money and leave you with unfulfilled promises and offer no recourse and with a sarcastic response…. Give a damn about your customers Universal !!!
