My complaint:

Why weren’t they evicted ? We moved rooms after 48 hours, we were only in Orlando 7 days from the United Kingdom.
We want to return this summer and we are terrified, my 8 year old nephew was traumatised. It ruined the stay, was just awful. They should have been evicted first night, language, smoking weed, fighting it was harrowing.
Suggested solution:
We are returning this summer for a week to a universal hotel, how an earth can we be sure it wont happen again, it was horrendous.
