My complaint:
I hade poor experience with two Uber drivers tonight at DIA. To begin, and Uber driver aggressively pulled my suitcase out of his trunk and shouted at me after I had placed it there. I had mistakenly heard him acknowledge his name a Hassan, the driver who responded to my call. I di not know who this driver is and did not get his license plate number.
The second experience was with my driver Hussan who had responded to my call at DIA. He offered no assistance in loading my suitcase in his trunk when picking me up at DIA and when I was dropped off at home. He also did not offer a peasant goodnight before he left after the drop off. He just drove off with no courtesy.
Suggested solution:
By apologizing for their poor behavior.
