My complaint:
I had a Monday MD appt, during the hear wave, to follow up on foot surgery 3 days prior. I made advanced ride reservations to and from my medical appt. My trip to the appt was fine, but Uber did not show up and 15 minutes after the scheduled time I got a message that there were no drivers. To make long story short, I had to travel uphill, on crutches, in 100 degree weather, to get to a gas station, to get a battery for my phone which had gone dead while Imwas trying to find anyone that could give me a ride. I suffered heat exhaustion and took me another day to recover from. Fuck Uber.
