My complaint:
I completed everything to be able to drive including the assessments, I reserved a rental car, reservation in hand, I went down to pick it up and they didn’t have a car or a reservation for me. When calling uber instead of fixing my account they messed up my account, my account went to be ready to go to a freight delivery, that I live in Canada, have duplicate accounts, and my rental choice is to buy a vehilce. I haven’t been able to get this fixed nor have I been able to speak to one person that’s not foreign. The customer service is horrible, they don’t understand proper english, they constantly talk over me repeating themselves, and when I ask to speak to an american I get hung up on…….
Suggested solution:
Hire American customer service, fix the mistakes on my account and uber me to pickup a rental...
