My complaint:

I would like to file a complaint against the uber office at umgeni physical address is 11 Brown Drift Road 22 Park Boulevard Centre
I booked an appointment to fix my document today at 11h00 and i arrived late so i was told to book a second appointment and i was able to get a time slot of 13h30 and when i went they told me they are at lunch, which ends at 14h00 but they were unable to let me inside i must do another appointment my question is why cant they allow me to enter at 14h00 because it was not my fault that the time slot i selected will be they lunch (they should have removed it while i was selecting the time if it were they break)
I was told to book an appointment that will be at 15h00 i dont know if that is tge way to treat fpr something which is not my fault so i have to spend the whole day here

They should of allowed me to enter after they break which was at 14h00 cause it was not my fault that the time slot i pick was they break they was no sign to show on the door or even on the website while i was picking the time for that appointment
