My complaint:
Received an unsolicited email offering up $30 off my first order. Downloaded app, placed order, verified promo credit on order screen, input cc info and clicked Pay for order. Order was approved. When I checked the receipt there was no credit for the promo. I checked my cc account and the full amount had been charged.
I could not find a way to cancel the order through the app or a CS phone number online. I sent a message to the driver. He said he would cancel the order for me.
Uber refuses to refund my money. I filled a fraud complaint with my CC card company.

it says i cant use mine as i used it already but i havent. i went into past orders and nothing and no redemption on any of the promos they are liars. sorry you had the same problem also
