My complaint:
I was delivered food that was completely incorrect. Contacted support straight away the same night. Received email ation that I would receive a full refund and given a €5 discount for following orders. Two weeks later and I didn’t receive the refund. Apon numerous contacts with them the only answer I am given is we cannot process a refund as you are out of the 48 hour time frame. However I was told within the 48 hour time frame that I would receive the refund. The food was clearly not at all what was ordered.
Suggested solution:
Give the refund
