My complaint:

My order placed with Über Eats never arrived. The delivery person phoned at 9.11pm. He could not speak English. I told him I was standing outside my door at 2 Steers Way. He was not there.

I went into Uber Eats app to try and contact you. There was no option allowing me to contact you.

I phoned the restaurant Express Fish Bar and they said the driver wasn’t theirs and told me to contact Uber Support on 08081785518

When I dialled that number it was a wrong number and didn’t put me through to Uber Eats Support

I wish to complain and get a refund. Uber needs to use drivers who can speak English and know where they are goinG
