My complaint:
Order placed, site gave estimated delivery time. Saw driver arrive at restaurant (on app) message read order picked up and driver would deliver at 4:10pm.
Received second message shortly thereafter that read “Order has been cancelled “.
When checking with restaurant, I was told that the ordert had already been picked up by Uber driver.
Curious. Where is my food.?
