My complaint:
I ordered food from chesters chicken in liverpool on 13th july for my grandchildren aged 6,5, and 17 months the order was placed at 16.57 i put down the wrong address so telephoned chesters and gave new address the food was never arriving by 6pm so i updated the app the telephoned chesters to be told food was on way i elephoned again gave right address told there was a delay as they were busy come 7pm still no food children were starving so i phoned again told again food on way baby was crying because he was hungry so i phoned once again was asked address again geve new address again told again food on way food eventually arrived at 20.30 was not hot and was not good i had to go and source other food for them so that was 2 12 hours after order was placed food arrived and driver blamed me for delay i told him how many times i phoned but got no response he just walked away.
Suggested solution:
I should get a full refund for the distress my granchildren went through and amount of time it took for delivery
