My complaint:
Yes hello complain.biz I am filing a complaint today against ubereats because they have failed to pay me for deliveries that I made on 91021. I used their instant cash out feature which means I am supposed to receive my funds earned immediately to my bank account after I choose this option, however on yesterday evening I made $50 and when I chose the instant cash out feature the funds never arrived to my bank account. I attempted to contact ubereats about this serious issue, however they are not available after certain hours which they used to have phone support 247 now they do not answer or respond to any issues a driver may have. They state in the app it could take up to 48hrs to process your payment but this is NONSENSE because I usually receive my payment within seconds to my bank account I believe that ubereats is attempting to STEAL MY MONEY!!
Suggested solution:
I want my money immediately from ubereats or I will take further actions against them!!
