My complaint:
I ordered food, driver came and brought me a wrong meal. It was someone else’s. Had no clue where mine was. I let chat help know I needed a refund they said can’t help and closed.the chat. I called they spoke with the driver and he ed I had no good. Then the lady on the phone said nothing can do and hung up… I paid for food and got nothing. Pretty sure that is illegal

Refund and maybe even a credit for inconvenience
