My complaint:
I have never in my life experienced such a poor service as I have today.
Today I set up an account and made my first order with Uber eats today and the driver arrived at the wrong place, he called me and was extremely rude and as a result he told me he wouldn’t be delivering my take away (x3 happy meals for my children). I have attempted to get in contact with customer service to actually get my hard earned money refunded.
He was at the wrong address, I texted my address and was met with “I’m at the right address your in the wrong place” – I think I know my own address!
Suggested solution:
Return my money and delete my account.
