My complaint:
Ordered 2 schnitzel meals from Maranellos cafe the cost was $82 inclusive of the fees. We were horrified to find melted plastic on the bottom of one of the schnitzels which my child nearly ate! The food was cold, they threw raw mushrooms into the gravy and called it mushroom sauce, the chips were so over cooked they were rock hard and the side salads were missing entirely! Contacted Ubereats with multiple photos for them to tell us we are not eligible for a refund on a meal that was mostly inedible! Absolutely disgusting.
Suggested solution:
After the horrid treatment of the ubereats complaints team I want a full refund and compensation for having to go through all of this for an obvious case of a food safety violation.
