My complaint:
I’ve been Uber customer over five years and I’m a premium customer! Last night I placed a order for my brother birthday and was really embarrassing not having the food delivered and I sent prove that the pgto wasn’t my place I emailed several times and they don’t have any compassion or empathy with the situation and they made me feel like I was wrong once it was the first time I asked for the refund

They should redound me once I know they provide this services
