My complaint:
For the first time in life, I used Uber eats to order from Popeyes chicken. The order I received was not my order.. it was missing items I’d paid for and incorrect items were in the bag. I was sent a message stating Uber eats would refund my 29.68 spent. Later in the day I noticed a second charge for $4.45 cents I did not authorize.
Suggested solution:
I want ALL of my money back including the charges I did not authorize!!
