My complaint:

HI Uber Team,
i just wanna let you know that , we Uber eats drivers are being terribly treated. on Friday 18th of March 2022 around 12:48 pm, i picked up a delivery offer for $7.74.as i arrived at the restaurant i was informed to wait an additional 10 minutes as they weren’t done preparing the food. i agreed to wait, picked up the order and delivered it safely and timely. event at the drop off location i waited the customer for about 10 minutes more until she shows up. After putting all this effort to please the customer and keep loyalty for Uber, I ended up receiving only$ 3.79 at the end. This is really unfair treatment for us the drivers. with the current cost of living and rising gas prices we are facing challenges even to keep driving with Uber. For a Huge company like Uber it is very embarrassing to treat it’s driver like slaves. i called Uber support and explained what happened but they keep transferring me among different people who i barley understood what they even say. they were all unbale to help me with the issue. This is clearly stealing us the drivers, by promising us certain amount of payment for a given delivery failing to fulfill the promise after the job is done. that’s very very unfair to give the customer full discretion on this to treat us like slaves.

Suggested solution:

if there's is no any major issue between the drivers and customers such as bad review or rating. driver should get the full compensation promised at the first offer
