My complaint:
I got some food for my son’s birthday today and it was a complete mess. The package was not strong enough to hold the drinks. The picture below held by the delivery man is evident. Likewise, the fries were not complete and the food was extremely cold.
I called McDonald several times but no one was picking the call. The delivery man was not responding either. My children were completely demoralized. I need a full refund.
