My complaint:
I received a coupon from uber eats and placed an order through the restaurant recommended by the coupon, and I met the minimum amount used. But at the time of payment said I was ineligible. Very irritating and annoying. I met all the requirements for using the coupon. And uber eats won’t tell me exactly why I failed to use coupons. The design of the APP was chaotic. There seemed to be no channel for complaints or feedback, and uber eats wouldn’t even tell me where to find customer service.
