Uber Eats complaint: A delivering partner was never assigned

My complaint:

I ordered delivery from Arriang Korean Restaurant at 5:55 pm and was given an indication of arrival time. Such indication was however kept being postponed. I called the restaurant after an hour and was told that the order was ready for delivery long time ago but not delivering partner was there to pick up the food. I then waited further and saw the delivering time kept being postponed again and again. I finally cancelled the order and reordered with Deliveroo from another restaurant.

Suggested solution:

Ubereats should at the very least refund my order of HKD260.00!
