My complaint:
I received a promo via email which I applied to my order but later noticed that i was charged in full ,contacted Uber but they said it not applied which I already knew .I asked to issue 50% refund as i uploaded the proof but they didn’t.Also contacted them again about the food quality issue ,where i mentioned what items exactly caused the problem but they sent reply asking which items ?So now i am trying to send them reply but it says reply above the line ,but there s no line ,tried to reply in standard way but kepp saying no message sent.
Suggested solution:
I want 50% refund and refund for the damaged items
