My complaint:
In October of 2021 Twitch streamer Valenvain started to actively market a project code named as K.E.N. (Kinky Erotic Nature) during streams and in linked social media accounts. K.E.N features a full functioning Play Room Sex Dungeon which operates against UK laws.
The Play Room specialises in Impact Punishments which are considered Assault under UK law when they leave marks lasting more than 20 minutes – it is currently not legal to consent to assault in the UK.
This is also advertising a service catered to sexual gratification which has no place on the platform.
Suggested solution:
They should remove the channel and take a more active role in enforcing their ToS regarding sexual content and also look in to enforcing measures to remove content violating the laws of the content creators broadcasting location.
