My complaint:
I travelled from Riyadh on 5112022 in business class to chicago by TK145 and from Istanbul to Chicago by TK005. I was the last passenger at the Chicago airport whose luggage did not arrive. I had booked 2 bags same size, same colour when I went for complaint at the counter, they said make a complaint online. I registered a complaintnonn 6th November and one of my bag was received on 10th mornin, the other bag did not get till today. As u know in this winterb, my cloths and the gifts I brought for my family were all in another bag.there is no cooperation from airlines with me.i m going back on 21st of November to Riyadh and I m afraid that this time may be again I will not get luggage. I m very disappointed and thinking of not travelling by turkish Airlines.
