My complaint:

Today 01092022 was typical of a pattern emerging from Truleive. I placed an order for flower product on the Truleive website which states the THC % of the product was 29%. When I arrived to pick up my order I discovered the THC in the product was actually only 19%. Over a 30% difference in what you state on your website.. A couple of days earlier I ordered product which stated on the website was over 30% THC by volume only to drive to pick up my order and discovered it was only 22%.
I have been given excuses in the store like, “it came from a different batch, etc.

You are in the business of selling medicine! How can anyone think this gross misrepresentation is ok, if for that matter legal?

Suggested solution:

Start advertising accurate information on your website. DON’T TAKE ORDERS FOR PRODUCT YOU DON’T SELL.
Hire someone to place information on the web site that is accurate!

I plan to follow up with a complaint to the BBB and the Florida Department of Health.
You should not be allowed to continue fill medicine orders with that which is as much as 30% less active ingredient than what is represented at time of ordering.
