My complaint:
TA refuse to leave the good reviews on a rental appartment listing, reviews which are about the location, the property and the local support services. The current owner is 1000 miles away, as will i be. I’ve purchase a business and the goodwill, but TA will not acknowledge that.
If it was Marriott or Hyatt they would act totally differently. It is discrimination against small operators.
Suggested solution:
Allow transfer of all reviews, good and bad.
