My complaint:

I came on order and was eligible for tricare for family. They gave me the worst coverage possible, basically useless but because I’m on orders they won’t allow me to just go get tricare select. When I came on orders they said to get the full coverage I was supposed to have in the first place I need to wait on the next enrollment cycle. It’s the next enrollment cycle now and Im getting told no because in a few months I will go into tamp but my family will not be covered for a several months after that and I’m ineligible for tricare select until the tamp goes away. So yet again Im not going to have any real coverage for my family for another 8 months. I’m tired of having a health insurance that doesn’t cover anything.

Suggested solution:

Take care their responsibility and cover what they are obligated to cover.
