My complaint:

I’M a retired USAF Vet. I have Stage Four Cancer. I had blood work done at the Bandera location, San Antonio Texas. I had this same blood work several times at the request of Dr Jessica Pierce. For some reason a blood work done in Sept 21 was not paid by Tricare. I have all your Customer Service and they keep telling me that I need to resolve this.

Apparently, there is coding problem which I have no way to correct. Customer Service keeps telling me that your people are not allowed to contact the doctor. This proble needs to be resolved as now you have reported me to a collection agency. I have been put in the middle through no fault of my on.

Suggested solution:

Contact the Doctor to get the coding corrected.
