My complaint:
The key cards i was given was faulty, after leaving my room i was unable to gain entry back on the floor i was staying, i had to go back to reception for them to let me back in and according to the Staff this problem exists for some time. I find it is an inconvenience and a distraction after paying for a service that i do not get value for.
Suggested solution:
If the Software for the card entry system is FAULTY it need to be address
