Travelocity complaint: Several Horrific Events Associated with Travel Credit

My complaint:

I am appalled at how terrible Travelocity is and will NEVER be using them again. I originally booked a trip with a friend and 4 children (3 being hers, one being mine) in April 2020. Due to the pandemic that trip was cancelled and we received travel credit. Itinerary number is 7509195465979. The reservation was under my friend’s name. She used her credit for herself and her 3 children. The remaining flight credit was mine for myself and my son. The fact that a portion of the credit was used and the person who made the reservation was not me has made dealing with Travelocity’s customer service an absolute nightmare. Representatives are nice but they are not trained well and they have routinely screwed up my plans. In December 2021, I booked two flights for myself and my son (Jacob) to Orlando. We had to cancel that trip as we had a severe case of Covid. Just booking those took HOURS. In January I re-booked us to Orlando, received an email with a ation number from United since I asked your agent to be sure that happened. Your agents repeatedly committed to emailing me the new itinerary but never did. My January tickets were never actually ticketed, so days before taking my son to Disney, I had no flight and due to the timing I just paid out of pocket for my tickets. On March 2nd, I called and spoke to one of your agents for a ridiculously long period of time because she claimed to manually be handling everything to avoid the same issues from occurring in January. She re-booked my son and I, using my credit (some of which I lost due to the January booking that never happened) on a 41922 United flight from EWR to San Juan, returning on 42422. I had to PAY YOU extra because my credit did not cover it- and was charged that amount. ONCE AGAIN, the agent never fully ticketed me and now I have no plane reservations. I have no guarantee that this will not continually occur and I do not have hours and hours to continually spend dealing with reps who are kind, but clearly incompetent.

Suggested solution:

I want my full refund, via a check- NOT A CREDIT- including the most recent amount I had to pay on 3222, immediately. Please review all of the documentation under the itinerary ID provided
