My complaint:
I ordered a year ‘1500 Service days only prepaid to also include 1500 text and 1500 MB data’ card from a seller on Ebay going by the name of ZBMYWHS48 for my Tracfone. My phone has since been deactivated. The seller always had great deals on Ebay, I was sold 365 service days only, which appeared at the same time as my minutes (already on my phone) disappeared, and the order 353979306657. I went to use my phone on 06232022 only to find out the eBay seller used their on-credit card and then reported their credit card as stolen, and now TracFone is holding me responsible and deactivated my service When I contacted the seller, the seller is No longer a seller on EBAY. I contacted Tracfone, and they said I needed to pay them $125.00 to have my service reactivated. I shouldn’t have to pay for the seller defrauding TracFone. That is why I am filing a complaint.
Suggested solution:
Reactivated my account for the phone number 470-620-9028 or unlock my phone so I can port over to another phone carrier.
