My complaint:
PURCHASED 3 Josh Groban streaming concerts 1032020. JOSHBROBAN.COMLIVESTREAM routed me to TOURGIGS. Tickets purchased, but CONCERTS NEVER DELIVERED. ONLINE SUPPORT JUST WANTED ME TO PURCHASE MORE TICKETS. THEY HAD NO PHONE SUPPORT AND THE SUPPORT THEY OFFERED ONLINE HAD NO INFORMATION ON HOW TO GET INTO MY ACCOUNT AND STREAM THE CONCERT. Gave up after an hour. WE NEVER SAW ANY, AND TOURGIGS DID NOT DELIVER THE PROMISED 3 CONCERTS. Purchase price $71.00 on 10032020.
Suggested solution:
TOURGIGS SHOULD AT A MINIMUM REFUND THE $71.00 PAID FOR GOODSSERVICES NEVER RECEIVED. THEY SHOULD ALSO HAVE PHONE SUPPORT WHEN THEIR ONLINE SUPPORT IS SO INADEQUATE.
An announcement said something to the effect that the 1032020 concert on 10032020 would be broadcast (stream) through the following Monday due to some glitches, as I understood it.
After purchasing, I tried to stream the 10032020 concert, log into my account, get support, help. Support just kept looping me back to purchase more tickets. I even experimented with that, but nope it was purchase again, not some obscure way to download. THERE IS NO SUPPORT PHONE. THE SUPPORT OFFERED WAS VERY LIMITED, AND EXPLAINED NOTHING ABOUT HOW TO DOWNLOAD OR STREAM. INSTRUCTIONS DID NOT HELP. I spent about an hour that night (my wife really wanted to see the concert) to no avail. I sent email, never heard anything. TourGigs took my money and delivered nothing, but they want me to sign up for more! I spent another half hour or more the next day since it was supposed to be good through Monday October 5th. I want my money back. I have filed a dispute, and they answered to show that I purchased the tickets. YES, I DID PURCHAST THE TICKETS BUT TOURGIGS NEVER DELIVERED, HAD NO VIABLE SUPPORT. Disgusting!
