My complaint:
Cancelled my subscription in mid-May (after more than 40 years as a customer!). Toronto Star billed three months in advance and at the time of cancellation it had just been paid, so refund is supposed to be $91.56. I have written numerous times and the refund has not been processed. Whenever they respond (which is not all the time, except for the automated response) all they do is ask for more information, which is actually the information they already had.
Suggested solution:
Process my refund to my credit card immediately.
