My complaint:
In the numerous calls I’ve made over 2 months to various telephone numbers of the Toronto Star, no one has been able to tell me where I can purchase the paper in Ottawa, Ontario!
Suggested solution:
When I receive the addresses of a few places in or near Orleans, Ottawa, Ontario, where I can buy the Toronto Star.
