My complaint:
This past week I was in charge of providing lunch for my department and chose Tacos. I ordered over $500 worth of food (Tacos/queso/chips etc) and when we opened the bags there were none of the 60 tortillas promised. I messaged Torchys 2 days ago and have not heard back to date. I am looking for reimbursement for the food we didn’t receive and compensation for not being able to provide a full meal to my team. Thank you!
