My complaint:

I have emailed them several times and told them that I switch phones and my credit on my account didn’t switch over and I didn’t get the last 3 orders so I asked for my money $20.39.. My 3 orders world a hair braider purse insert pink in color and a cat cell phone holder. And I still had money left over in the amount of $9 change

Suggested solution:

I would really like to have my orders and my money back because I have ask them several times I\'ve emailed them and now they stop responding to me
