Toll Brothers complaint: Build Process, Completion Dates and Sales Person

My complaint:

We signed our contract in Early April 2021, we were emailed and told we would close on April 11,2022. We were pushed out 6-8 weeks because our plans had an error. After discussing the error which was Toll Brothers error we were supposedly moved back in the queue 6-8 weeks back to where we were originally. Since that email we were told by Amanda Chavez that we would now close in June 2022 which we were told June less than a month ago. Today Amanda emailed us and told us we are set for a mid to late September close date. Toll Brothers does not take into consideration anyones personal situations!!! We are senior citizens that are raising our great grandchildren living on Social Security. We are renting and each month it is costing us more and more money. We are paying cash for our house so we won’t have a house payment and can live comfortably. The extra 5-6 months going past our rental agreement date is going to cost us approximately an extra 12k. Why can’t Toll Brothers get our house done? Other builders in our area are putting houses up in record time! This is the worst experience we have ever had buyingbuilding a house! No one at Toll Brothers cares about anything but our money, it’s absolutely disgusting and horribly stressful what they are putting us through! We want answers!

Suggested solution:

Get our home done when that said it would be done or give us the rent money for the extra 5-6 months. Stop lying to people about their build. Hire competent people!!!
