My complaint:
A hispanic man driving a white 2016 ford explorer with illegal dark tints in the front sides and windshield was driving very aggressively while tailgating and flashing high beams swerving lanes. His license plate number is t690730c. He almost caused three accidents including one to me and my pregnant spouse and then stuck out his middle finger shouting profanity when traffic slowed down. He had a customer in the back seat too. This person needs to be removed from the street before he kills someone and causes serious harm.
