My complaint:

I visited your Canterbury store ( 30122022 ). At the checkout an item had two prices so the checkout lady used her earpiece for advice a supervisorfloor manager arrived and eventually stated the higher price was correct – this is illegal – I work in retail and know how this works The way the supervisor just pulled the lower price off screwed it up and walked off was just rude I spent over £100.00 and am thinking to bring it all back for a refund and shop where I would be treated with respect.

Suggested solution:

I have no idea - the staff definitely need training in customer care and the rights of the customers.
