My complaint:
I was traveling in China and Japan lately and had to use different phone numbers for logging in as my phone number was not working there .
I am now back in Austria but since I was in Japan my tinder profile didn´t work properly anymore. I couldn´t look at the profiles of my matches etc.
I wrote numerous mails to tinder support and when I finally got an answer (after about a weeks time) they said that my profile had been banned. After receiving that email the profile was really banned and I couldn´t sign in anymore.
I have been using tinder for a long time and never had any issues with the community guidelines and I never got any warnings. Also I never used any third party apps or anything like that.
I am a platinum user and have been verified twice. Once the regular verification and once the age verification with my passport (needed when using tinder in Japan.)
You can check my messages and see for yourself that I communicate with respect and in an honorful manner.
My suspicion is that, by logging in from different countries with different telephone numbers in a short time period my profile somehow raised suspcions..
I am very thankful for you looking into this.
Attached I am sending a video of myself to prove that my account is real and that all photos etc are real.
